A newer community located in West Bradenton, Palma Sola Trace features a range of single-family homes, condominiums and attached villas. Construction of the community started in 2006, and residents are able to enjoy its beautiful clubhouse, fitness center and resort-style pool. The sales activity has been very good in recent months, with eight sales that are pending and waiting to close. The most recent sale in Palma Sola Trace was a beautiful villa home that boasted 1,952 square feet, three bedrooms and a two-car garage, and sold for $225,000. The other amenities included in this home were a direct pond-front location, 10’ ceilings, 8’ Santa Fe doors, Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances.
