For boaters and fishermen, the community offers a public boat ramp with access to Sarasota Bay. Conrad Beach epitomizes the relaxed, Gulf-side lifestyle that is available on Longboat Key’s north end, yet is close to the cultural arts that are special to this desirable area. Incidentally, Coastal Living Magazine named Conrad Beach ‘Community of the Year’ in 2001.
