Taking on the mission to help those in need comes from all sorts of wonderful places and walks of life—but most importantly from the heart.

Through compassionate hearts, organizations in our community do such remarkable work to provide paths to education, sustenance and safe shelter for the people who need them most.

Thanks to the generous contributions to the MSC Foundation by our agents and staff, we were able to support their efforts with our December grant distribution.

In continuing our spotlight on the organizations that received funds from the MSC Foundation, we are pleased to highlight:

Ministry of West Bradenton Baptist – “The Least of These” Outreach – A program of the Ministry of West Bradenton Baptist Church, “The Least of These” provides clothing, baby equipment and food, beds, personal hygiene items and more to foster families throughout Manatee County. The goal of this program is to be there for the children who come into care with nothing. Learn more about the West Bradenton Baptist Church HERE.

All Faiths Food Bank – Cooking Matters – A program of All Faith’s Food Bank, Cooking Matters consists of a six-part cooking and nutrition class that teaches children, families and adults how to prepare healthy, tasty meals on limited budgets. Most participants are enrolled in food assistance programs, including food stamps and/or free/reduced school meals. Learn more about All Faiths Food Bank HERE.
