As a lifelong resident of Sarasota, LeeAnn’s widespread knowledge of the area’s many distinct neighborhoods allows her the intuitive ability to custom-fit any homebuyer with just the right properties for their diverse needs and lifestyles.
Following an extensive 18-year career as a stockbroker and financial Advisor, LeeAnn decided to put her years of financial analysis and gauging market trends to better use in the real estate arena. As in finance, staying on top of ever-changing conditions in the market equips LeeAnn with the latest information and tools to respond efficiently and specifically to her clients’ needs.
LeeAnn is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, and serves as the executive secretary to the Ruth M. Foy Charitable Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.

Born in Ohio and raised in New York and Tennessee, Denise and her family relocated to Siesta Key in 1990, where they still reside today.
After attending the University of Tennessee, Denise began a 22-year career as a flight attendant with American Airlines, where she developed an exceptional level of customer care skills. An entrepreneur at heart, Denise leveraged her managerial talent and wealth of experience in service as the co-owner of both Café Baci Restaurant and Classic Toys in Sarasota.
An active part of the community, Denise has chaired and co-chaired several fundraising events and served on a number of organizational committees, which include the Y Foundation, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, United Cerebral Palsy, Children First and Girl’s Inc.

Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Kevin and Sally have owned a residence in Florida for over 10 years before finally settling on Anna Maria Island—where they now specialize in residential properties.
Together, Kevin and Sally bring an extensive background in buying, selling and constructing residential and commercial properties. Having been licensed residential builders for over 20 years, the couple also founded and developed Contract Specialties, Inc., which furnished and installed building materials. This business achieved great success, as it grew to be one of the largest of its type in the Midwest. Sally also has a professional background in banking management, as well as mortgage lending.

After relocating to Bradenton in June 2011, she transitioned her business to Michael Saunders & Company, where she continues to provide home buyers and sellers with the utmost in professional service and care.
Having owned and operated a hair design salon for 33 years, Barbara understands the importance of exceeding the needs of those she serves. This background assisted in her move to the real estate industry, where she earned rookie of the year recognition in 1998 and million dollar club designation from 1998 until 2011.

Kathy joins Michael Saunders & Company after six years of working with a prominent south New Jersey real estate firm, where she was an NJAR Circle of Excellence award recipient. A graduate of the Katherine Gibbs Business School, Kathy’s other career skills as an executive assistant are among her professional attributes, as well as her rewarding career experience in the fitness industry. Kathy is dedicated to continuing her successful career here in the Sarasota/Manatee County region.
Kathy will be working alongside and as a participant in the well-established “Drourr Team” of Michael Saunders & Company’s Lakewood Ranch division. David grew up in Detroit and attended the University of Michigan before relocating to Chicago. After almost 20 years, he moved to Sarasota in 1998 and has been a Realtor since 1999. David brings an extensive background of real estate related positions, which include urban planning consulting, community renewal, economic analyses and property management.
Prior to joining Michael Saunders & Company, David worked with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate for four years. He then transitioned to Prudential Palms Realty, where he earned recognition as a Company Associate of the Month, and membership in the company’s Honor and Leading Edge societies.

A native Californian, Jamie grew up in the Midwest, where she met and married her husband, Chris, in 1991. While owning a commercial property management company and raising a family, they decided to move to San Diego, where they opened a real estate company focusing on luxury and coastal real estate. With a concentration on “above & beyond” customer service, Jamie and Chris negotiated and successfully closed residential transactions as high as $7 million.
After visiting family and friends in Florida in June 2011, Jamie and her family immediately fell in love with the Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota area and relocated in August 2011.
Jamie is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Manatee Association of Realtors.

Originally from San Jose, California, Maggie relocated to Lakewood Ranch in 1999, where she specializes in residential and equestrian properties. A graduate of the University of California-Davis with a bachelor’s degree in design, she brings an extensive, storied background with horses and the sport of polo.
Maggie has 20+ years of experience managing polo clubs throughout the nation, including Texas, Oklahoma, California, Massachusetts and Florida. Most recently, she served as the manager of the Sarasota Polo Club here in Lakewood Ranch, where she successfully marketed the polo season throughout the area and worked as the publisher of the Sarasota Polo Magazine for 10 years
