Originally from Huntington, New York, Chris earned an associate’s degree in management and marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She currently lives in University Park, where she has been a resident since 2005.

Originally from Sellersville, Pennsylvania, Caroline relocated to the Sarasota area in 1975 after living in Madison, Virginia. Charlene moved to Lakewood Ranch in 2002 from Kalamazoo, Michigan. After earning her Florida Real Estate License in 2003, she immediately went to work for one of the area’s best-known builder and developers.
