Saunders Luxury Sales Report for September 22, 2012

Michael Saunders & Company is proud to announce several closings made possible through the professional representation of our agents, who work each day to fulfill the unique needs of homebuyers and sellers.  For the week ending September 22, 2012, the properties below sold for over $1 million.

Michael James of Michael Saunders & Company represented the buyer of a newly constructed home located in the Lake Club of Lakewood Ranch.  It sold for $1,307,000 on September 4, 2012.  Peregrine Homes was the seller.

Nancy Moore and Terri Healey of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller of a 3-bedroom residence with wonderful Gulf views.  The Nokomis home sold for $1,600,000 on September 7, 2012.  Sandals Realty represented the buyer.

 

 

 

Deborah Angelo O’Mara of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller of an exquisite estate in The Lake Club.  The unique home sold for $1,200,000 on September 10, 2012.  Keller Williams represented the buyer.

 

 

 

Mary DeFrank of Michael Saunders & Company represented the buyer of a piece of Sarasota history – a 1950s modern by Tim Siebert located within Lido Shores.  The historic home sold for $1,475,000 on September 11, 2012.  Sotheby’s represented the seller.

Ellen Wells of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller and Kim Ogilvie, also of Michael Saunders & Company, represented the buyer of a very private .9-acre lot in Sanderling Club.  It sold for $1,790,000 on September 12, 2012.
