Saunders Luxury Sales Report for May 29, 2010

For the week ending May 29, 2010, a total of six properties priced between $1,250,000 and $4,950,000 sold in Sarasota County.

Sold for $3,800,000 on Lido Key on May 21

Tom Cail, Jason Grande and Saint Cacchiotti of Michael Saunders & Company closed a sale on a waterfront estate on Siesta Key providing direct bay access from a dock. Saint represented the seller, who sold the home for $3,000,000 on May 28, 2010. Tom and Jason represented the buyer, who will be able to enjoy outdoor entertaining with a complete summer kitchen on the terrace.

Marianne LeBar of Michael Saunders & Company closed a sale on a Gulf-front estate on Lido Key minutes from the world-class shopping and dining offered by St. Armand’s Circle. Marianne represented the buyer, who bought the estate for $3,800,000 on May 21, 2010. The seller was represented by Douglas Martel of Doug Martel Licensed Real Estate Broker.

JoAnn Thorpe of Michael Saunders & Company closed a sale on a property on Longboat Key boasting 100 feet of pristine beach and magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. JoAnn represented the seller, who sold the property for $3,300,000 on May 24, 2010. The buyer was represented by Don Vercauteren of Coldwell Banker.

Michael Moulton, P.A. of Michael Saunders & Company closed a sale on a gated estate on Lido Key with sweeping waterfront views just a stroll away from bustling St. Armand’s Circle. Michael represented the seller, who sold the exclusive estate for $4,950,000 on May 21, 2010.

Sold for $3,000,000 on Siesta Key on May 28

Gail Wittig and Ian Addy of Michael Saunders & Company closed a sale on a one-acre property on Siesta Key offering azure water views, serene sunsets, and it’s own portion of Siesta Key’s famous beaches right on the property. Gail and Ian represented the buyer, who bought the unique home for $2,200,000 on May 21, 2010. The seller was represented by Vincent Lamaida of Signature Sotheby’s International.

Tom represented the seller, who sold the property for $1,250,000 on May 24, 2010. The buyer was represented by Christine McDevitt of Re/Max Alliance Group.
