Judy and Bill Nimz of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller of a Todd Johnson model home in University Park.  The property sold for $1,358,900 on May 15, 2012.  Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.

 

 

 

 

Mel and Jan Goldsmith of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller and Richard Perlman, also of Michael Saunders & Company, represented the buyer of a custom built bay-front residence on the south end of Longboat Key.  The home sold for $2,100,000 on May 15, 2012.

 

 

 

Stacy Hanan and Kristen Srur of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller of a masterpiece on Bay Island.  The custom built residence sold for $2,175,000 on May 15, 2012.  Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.

 

 

 

 

Karen Chandler of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller and Nicole Hammons-Dovgopolyi  of Michael Saunders & Company represented the buyer of a multi-story home on Casey Key’s beachfront.  The residence sold for $3,100,000 on May 16, 2012.

 

 

 

Michael Moulton of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller of a 3-bedroom corner unit in Beachplace on Longboat Key.  The condominium sold for $1,000,000 on May 17, 2012.  Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
