Christine Del Monte of Michael Saunders & Company represented the buyer of a coveted walk-down Royal unit at L’Ambiance on Longboat Key.  The condominium sold for $1,900,000 on July 16, 2012.  Sotheby’s represented the seller.

 

 

 

Susan Smith of Michael Saunders & Company represented the buyer of a stunning new waterfront house on Bird Key.  The residence sold for $2,175,000 on July 17, 2012.  Keller Williams represented the seller.

Jennifer Linehan of Michael Saunders & Company represented the buyer and Tammy Lynn Garner, also of Michael Saunders & Company, represented the seller of a wonderful Cherokee Park home. It sold for $1,850,000 On July 19, 2012.

Linda A. Page of Michael Saunders & Company represented the buyer and Linda Dickinson of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller of a timeless and classic Italianate villa set on the Sarasota bay front.  The home sold for $2,500,000 on July 19, 2012.
