Linda Dickinson of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller;  Joe Bell, also of Michael Saunders & Company, represented the buyer of 148 feet of pristine and private Cocoanut Bayou waterfront.  The lot sold for $1,100,000 on December 16, 2011.

 

 

Hannerle Moore of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller of a beachfront estate on Longboat Key.  The beach house sold for $2,675,000 on January 3, 2012.  Engel & Voelkers represented the buyer.

 

 

Anne Mitchell of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller of a stunning Gulf front condominium on Longboat Key.  The unit sold for $1,170,000 on January 27, 2012.  Candy Swick & Company represented the buyer.
