Nicole Hammons-Dovgopolyi of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller and Linda Stowe of Michael Saunders & Company represented the buyer of a beachside condominium on Siesta Key.  The unit sold for $1,539,000 on April 17, 2012.

 

 

 

Kim & Michael Ogilvie of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller and Tammy Lynn Garner, also of Michael Saunders & Company, represented the buyer of a residence in Sarasota’s most cosmopolitan condominium, The Savoy on Palm.  The unit sold for $1,895,000 on May 20, 2012.

 

 

 

Sylvia & George Zimmerman of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller and Julia McClung of Michael Saunders & Company represented the buyer of a direct beachfront penthouse in the Vizcaya on Longboat Key.  The residence sold for $1,825,000 on April 19, 2012.
