Linda Dickinson of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller of what many say is the most beautiful home in Sarasota. It sold for $7,100,000 on April 4, 2012. Premier Sotheby’s represented the buyer.

Kim & Michael Ogilvie of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller and Linda Dickinson, also of Michael Saunders & Company, represented the buyer of a spectacular condominium in Summer Cove on Siesta Key. The unit sold for $1,450,000 on April 4, 2012.

Deborah Beacham of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller of a beachfront estate in Nokomis. This “Oasis by the Sea” sold for $5,770,000 on April 9, 2012. Premier Sotheby’s represented the buyer.
