What do super boats, a golf tournament, car show, parties, white sands, children’s charities, and a parade honoring Nik Wallenda have in common?  If you guessed spring break for a circus company, you’d be imaginative but keep reading…

The 29th Annual Suncoast Super Boat Grand Prix Festival is here! This year’s festival offers 15 different events that get underway June 29th to benefit Suncoast Charities for Children.

The Grand Prix Race will be held off Lido Key on Sunday July 7th, but if you think this is all about fast boats and beach-time then think again!  For those who want to be where all the action is, there will be a Golf Classic at the Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club; a car show on Lakewood Ranch Mainstreet; a fundraiser at the Sarasota Yacht Club; and a Festival Parade of Boats welcoming home Nik Wallenda, a Sarasota County resident and native, from his triumphant walk across the Grand Canyon!
