		<description>So many things went wrong when Nicole Suriel drown. From tragic decisions by teachers to the police putting sunbathers in danger. Can you comment on this blog about how to solve the problems of keeping people safe during a recovery of a drowning victim? This was a devastating day. The police said the people should have known to leave an area far from the scene as they dove their choppers close to the sun bathers.
