From tragic decisions by teachers to the police putting sunbathers in danger. Can you comment on this blog about how to solve the problems of keeping people safe during a recovery of a drowning victim? This was a devastating day. The police said the people should have known to leave an area far from the scene as they dove their choppers close to the sun bathers.
