Ode to the Holidays: Or Why MSC is Jolly Awesome

The holidays are here; And each season we grow fonder Of the people and places We find at Michael Saunders.

So many different departments To provide plenty of holiday cheer Each experience is unique, Every office and each year.

So, on a tour we’ll go Across each and every division To find out how they celebrate With festive yuletide precision.

We’ll start on Siesta Where the sand is our snow And a holiday breakfast was served Of eggs and bacon, ho, ho, ho!

The office collected toys, There certainly were lots For Big Brothers and Sisters And also Toys for Tots.

Palmer Ranch danced To a jukebox jamboree At South Bay Yacht & Raquet Club A happenin’ holiday soiree.

Darla aquired a jukebox for the evening and those Palmer Ranchers knew how to feel the holiday beat!

Onto Longboat Key Where the buzz is on Ohana The South and Mid offices partied Ask ‘em ‘bout it if you wanna.

In Englewood they gathered At the scenic Gulfview Grill And presented awards for their listing contest An Ipad Air was no small thrill.

The Relocation Department Honored each other’s traditions With A Heritage Feast A family dish was the admission.

Bradenton was joyful Where a stealing-gifts-game was in order And 101 pies were given away Said the Thanksgiving-pie-request-recorder.

And then it’s safe to say Lakewood Ranch had its own pie fervor 223 were given to customers Made Front page of the East County Observer!

And then in Burnt Store Jen Calenda opened her home For a holiday party of over 50 Equally Merry and Shalom!

Riding in a Christmas Parade For both Charlotte County and Punta Gorda Were Sheila, Jeff, Rise, Karen, and Genny From the best real estate firm in Florida!

At MSC Title Where many faces are new They played “What you didn’t know about me” For a great team building review.

Lakewood Ranch partied nicely In country-club style And donated to two separate charities Going the extra mile.

Boca Grande did dine On a delicious beef tenderloin Roasted by first-time chef Jim Hammer On the cooking channel, he should join.

The two St. Armand’s offices And the Call Center for the company Also gave to Toy’s for Tots Many playthings donated abundantly.

MSC Commercial met Over cheer and delicious food For their traditional holiday lunch Where merry jollity ensued.

MSC Rental Convened for a lovely holiday dinner Highlighting their year’s achievements The whole group felt like winners!

The Marketing Team gathered For sidesplitting laughter, A performance by Lazy-Fairy Improv, And token gift giving thereafter.

The MSC Foundation convened With holiday spirit close to its heart Granting nearly $20,000 To nonprofit charities for the New Year’s start.

If you’ve made it to this point Through the poem that you’ve read You certainly should notice A “giving” common thread.

The Gulf Coast is our home And our local love – you won’t find any lack So to celebrate the season We happily give back!

We’ve enjoyed a good year With friends and colleagues who relate And customers who share Our love of real estate.
