A Florida native originally from Tampa, Kimberly relocated to Holmes Beach before finally settling in Palmetto in 2008. With a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Leo University, she brings a significant background in property investment—a knowledge she passes on to her clients.
After earning her real estate license in 2004, Kimberly began her real estate career by helping her customers discover the opportunities in property investments on Anna Maria. As a former resident of Holmes Beach, she developed a unique proficiency in island properties, and enjoys providing home buyers and sellers with the successful results they deserve.
