Kere’s professional background, education and real estate knowledge provide a strong combination of skills to assist buyers and sellers of real estate. As a senior executive banker and consultant to banks for a combined 35 years, Kere has deep knowledge of the financial and valuation aspects of real estate transactions. Having made loans to buyers and builders of homes, Kere understands how to value properties and the process to successfully complete transactions. As a consultant to the top banks around the globe, Kere truly understands how to help clients define and meet objectives.
As an avid golfer and boater, and a Florida resident for 20 years with 12 years in the Sarasota area, Kere is very familiar with the leading clubs in the area. He and his wife are active Platinum members of Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club, and can provide a wealth of insight into the various clubs in the area. For boating, Kere has navigated the waters of Southwest Florida from the Keys to Tampa Bay. This experience provides the buyers of waterfront property great insight into the right location and facilities for their boating lifestyle.
Kere’s education includes an MBA from the University of Miami and Banking Schools at LSU and the University of Oklahoma.
