Between the food, the friends, the rain, and the game, the customer appreciation event held at the Bradenton Marauder’s baseball game was a lively occasion.

150 guests of the Michael Saunders & Company Bradenton office enjoyed hotdogs, hamburgers, and a festive atmosphere at McKechnie Field before settling in for a game between the Marauders and the St. Louis Mets.

“Our goal for the night was to have an event where we could invite our customers to come and have fun while supporting the community,” explained Pam Ali, Manager of the Bradenton office. “We appreciate that our customers have chosen us to help them with one of the biggest transactions of their life and we wanted to show our appreciation.”

Recent customers, Chad Tipmore and Krysten Stelogeannis, braved the threatening skies to partake in the gathering and the game. Tipmore purchased a short sale in Parrish after working with two Michael Saunders & Company agents, Cheryl Roberts and Paula Keegan-Bock.

“I had a really great experience,” he explained. “We were really patient and in the end got a great deal on a home. I will definitely use my Realtors again.”

After a summer storm passed through the stadium, the game got started. Realtor, Jody Shinn, threw a rousing first pitch…into the ground. Still, she laughed in good humor and joked that she would not be signing a contract with the major or minor leagues anytime soon.

The Marauders went on to beat the Mets with an 8-5 win.

Overall, it was a good night for team building both on and off the field.

“The Realtors in our office recognize that our business is done by building relationships,” expressed Ali.  “Their goal is to form relationships with customers for life.”
