Nestled between the beautiful two-mile sandy beach of Lido Key and the elegant shopping and dining venues of St Armands Circle sit the landmark buildings of St. Armands Towers North and St. Armands Towers South.
Although both buildings boast similar names, the same palm façade and floor plans, the associations are run separately, providing something for everyone. St. Armands Towers South is pet friendly and a new owner must wait two years to rent after purchasing. Units in St. Armands Towers North have washer and dryer hookups and can be rented immediately. Danny began his real estate career in 1977 after graduation from Indiana University with a BS in public affairs/urban studies, and where he was a four-year varsity football letterman under head coach Lee Corso. Danny’s first position after college was with the F.C. Tucker Company in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he quickly became one of the company’s top multi-million dollar producers in residential sales.
In 1984, Danny joined Phillip R. Duke & Associates—now Duke Realty Corporation—where he directed downtown Indianapolis office leasing, and was named “Salesman of the Year” for the company in 1986. In 1990, Danny formed his own company, Olympia Partners, Ltd., which grew to become the third largest commercial brokerage firm in Indianapolis. During this time, along with recruiting new partners and associates for the company, Danny represented multiple clients in office leasing and investment real estate sales. In addition, Danny co-founded a separate real estate development company, which eventually produced 49 projects from the ground up in seven states, with aggregate development value of over $200 million. Danny was named to Indianapolis Business Journal’s “Forty under 40” list in 1994 and “Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate” in 1996. In 2001, Danny co-founded Veritas Realty, LLC, a retail shopping center leasing and property management firm, which grew its management portfolio to over 40 properties and 3.5 million square feet.
In 2011, Danny made the decision to return to the early roots of his real estate career: residential sales. He specializes in waterfront and other luxury property sales on Longboat, Lido, St. Armands, Bird, Siesta and Casey keys.

Danny Williams Is A Veteran Florida REALTOR® Who Has Overseen All Aspects Of Real Estate Sales And Management
SARASOTA, Florida—(September 16, 2010)—Danny Williams has been named Managing Broker for the two St. Armands Circle offices of Michael Saunders & Company, it was announced today from the firm’s headquarters in downtown Sarasota, Florida.
Williams will manage the company’s flagship office on St. Armands Circle, located at 61 South Boulevard of the Presidents. It was from this location, which presently houses more than 60 of the firm’s 550-plus agents, that Michael Saunders launched the company more than 34 years ago. He will also manage the firm’s newest storefront location on St. Armands Circle. That office, located at 330 John Ringling Boulevard, was opened in January 2007.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Danny Williams recently relocated to Sarasota from the Orlando/Winter Park area where he was a top-selling agent and assistant manager with Coldwell Banker. In 2007, he was awarded that company’s prestigious Legends Society designation for logging over $47 million in closed sales. Williams also owned and operated his own real estate company in Winter Park and has been an instructor with the Bert Rodgers School of Real Estate, where he helped more than 30,000 students successfully achieve licensure. He also conducted continuing education classes, courses in condominium law and sales training sessions.
In 2009, Williams became assistant manger of Coldwell Banker’s Winter Park office—which houses more than 150 agents. As part of his managerial responsibilities there, he conducted weekly instructional and training sessions on such timely topics as short sales, real estate contracts and purchasing bank-owned properties. As both a company owner and managing broker, he has overseen all aspects of real estate—including commercial sales and leasing, new luxury condominium development and pre-sales; and residential re-sales.
In his spare time, Williams enjoys a good game of tennis, when he isn’t out fishing; and is very proud of his two sons, both college students.
