Originally from Granite City, Illinois, Jo Ellyn relocated to the Sarasota area by way of New York City in 1998. After earning a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Maryville University in St. Louis, she relocated to New York City with Trans World Airlines (TWA), where she worked as an international flight attendant. She later enjoyed a position as the executive assistant to the partner of urban planning for Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, a world renowned architecture and design firm.
After entering the real estate field in 2001, Jo Ellyn developed a specialty in equestrian communities while developing an international client base. She also obtained the At Home with Diversity and International Property Specialist designations.

Originally from New Jersey, Paul relocated to Florida in 1992 and currently lives in downtown Sarasota. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in biology, he initially planned to attend medical school until he became enamored with real estate.
In 2005, Paul began his career as a full-time Realtor, working with RE/Max Palm Realty for six years—the last two as a broker/owner. Originally from Boston, Susan earned her MBA from Northeastern University and a BS in education from Fitchburg State College. She also earned a certificate in graphic design from Boston University and a Massachusetts real estate sales associate license.
Susan brings a highly accomplished background as a manager of events and related projects, which is leveraged by previous senior-level experience in human resources, finance and consulting. She has also served as a reputable link between senior management teams and executive boards. Her proven financial management skills have turned around companies and fostered the sound execution of events with an emphasis on cost control and meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Prior to managing events, Susan worked for over 15 years in financial management for major Fortune 300 companies as well as smaller emerging organizations. In 2000, Susan joined Signet Laboratories, a biotechnology company located in Dedham, Massachusetts, reporting to the CEO and an outside board of directors. As the chief financial officer, she facilitated the acquisition of a $1.6 million company. Her success with this acquisition and her tighter financial management brought the company from a negative to a positive cash flow position within an 18-month period.
