Born in Chicago, Marcia has been a resident of Florida’s Gulf Coast since kindergarten and currently lives in the East Manatee County/Lakewood Ranch area. A graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in business management, Marcia brings over 25 years of marketing experience in real estate, banking and insurance. This professional background gives her the unique ability to guide her clients through the entire process of either buying or selling a home.

A licensed Realtor since 2004, Marcia has thoroughly developed a specialty in East Manatee County communities.

Originally from Tampa, Linda grew up in Coral Gables, graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee, and lived on Florida’s east coast before she relocated to Waterlefe in Bradenton in 2004.

 Linda brings an extensive background in luxury real estate, having worked with Sanctuary Realty in Boca Raton, FL, and with builders in country club communities, waterfront condominiums, and gated communities for active adults. She also enjoyed a position with builder Lee Wetherington in Lakewood Ranch. Before joining Michael Saunders & Company, Linda was with Keller Williams and later served as a qualifying broker for Realty Investment Group, Inc.

 A licensed real estate agent since 1986, Linda became a broker in 1993, and earned a GRI designation. While working at Sanctuary Realty, she became a Luxury Homes Specialist.

Originally from Sellersville, Pennsylvania, Caroline relocated to the Sarasota area in 1975 after living in Madison, Virginia. A real estate professional since 1983, Caroline has worked with Apex Realty for over nine years, Century 21 Advantage for over 17 years and Sandals Realty for over one year before joining Michael Saunders & Company as a residential property specialist.

Caroline has earned the Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR), Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and Real Estate Owned Specialist (REO) designations. Additionally, she graduated from the Floyd Wickman Team for Real Estate Training Tax Implications of Short Sales and Foreclosures program. Caroline has garnered some of the top awards given by Century 21, including four Centurion Awards, multiple Diamond Masters awards and the Quality Service award.

Charlene moved to Lakewood Ranch in 2002 from Kalamazoo, Michigan. After earning her Florida Real Estate License in 2003, she immediately went to work for one of the area’s best-known builder and developers. While specializing in new home sales, she earned the Certified Sales Professional designation (CSP), and was recognized by the Home Builders Association’s Million Dollar Circle award for over three consecutive years with sales in excess of $50 million.

Located just north of Lakewood Ranch—off Highway 64—GreyHawk Landing is a guard-gated community that was developed to appreciate nature. It is common to see deer and other native animals peeking out from the wetlands and their native habitat. Deborah O’Mara, a top-producing new home sales specialist in Sarasota/Manatee, has joined the Lakewood Ranch office of Michael Saunders & Company it was announced today from the company’s headquarters in downtown Sarasota.
