Your agents need to look at this report regarding the Sarasota/Bradenton/Venice markets. Agents are not giving sellers the real value of the house. A lot of homes should not be listed. These sellers probably aren’t real and adds to The Wild West confusion. If those listing were dropped it would create the impression of less inventory. That could create a better impression of stabilization.
