When compassionate hands come together, they can achieve so much to help make a difference for those in need.

As mentioned in our earlier blog post, Helping Hands Reach The Community, the MSC Foundation recently wrapped up its second cycle of fund collection and disbursement for 2012. Thanks to the benevolent hearts of our agents and staff who contribute to the foundation, we were able to distribute $23,750 to support efforts which help improve the lives in the communities we serve.

With great pride, we shine the spotlight on the organizations that received grants from the MSC Foundation. Through their work, these special organizations make a true impact for those they serve by promoting education, offering shelter, and providing a path to self-sufficiency.

Residential Real Estate Market Trend Report for Southwest Florida – December 2012

Property sales throughout Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties rose again in December, compared with the previous month; and were up substantially compared with last December. For the fourth straight month, the overall number of available properties rose, bringing some measure of relief to the region’s depleted inventory of properties just as it enters its busiest sales season.
