Among other closely-watched indicators, unemployment has lessened, consumer confidence is up, retail sales are bustling; and Southwest Florida’s vital tourist sector is flirting with record levels of growth.  Though additional improvement is greatly needed, each new day seems to bring more statistical confirmation that we are indeed headed in that direction. Originally from Ohio, Jim started his career by serving in the USAF. He studied computer science and worked on major software development projects while stationed in Omaha, NE. His career led him to Nashville, TN, where he met his future wife. They traveled to Florida, fell in love with the Englewood area, and later married on the beach at Manasota Key. Earlier this year they permanently relocated to Englewood. Throughout his career, Jim has had many unique opportunities in software development and project management with Fortune 500 companies spanning industries that include Defense, Telecom, manufacturing, and healthcare. He has been responsible for managing people, projects, and budgets, but his true passion is simply helping others achieve their goals. He finds great satisfaction in assisting others to achieve success they did not think possible. Jim earned his license in 2004 while living in Tennessee. Now, as a Florida resident, the newest addition to the Englewood office, and Realtor, he is very excited to begin helping residential home buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

A graduate of the Boston College School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Bob developed his aptitude in financial management in the Boston office of Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC). He expanded those skills as Financial Controller and Vice President-Finance with Zayre Corp. (now TJX) in Framingham, Massachusetts. In these positions, he excelled in staff management and program development. With a proven strength in working with people, Bob transitioned his career to Employee Benefit Plan Administration, Inc (now EBPA Benefits), where he served as president, CEO, and co-owner. Before relocating to North Port in 2006, Bob worked as a boat sales manager in Meredith, New Hampshire, where he led the company to multiple manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Index awards.
