Man Caves: One Man’s Quest For The Ultimate “Man-tuary”

I’m always on the lookout for over-the-top “man caves”   You know, that specially equipped room in a house where guys can pretty much do as they please without fear of ruffling feminine sensibilities.  A place where glasses and plates can pile up indefinitely without causing domestic Armageddon (at least until the scent of stale beer and decaying pizza escapes the cave).

Let’s face it guys, women rule our roosts.  Most have substantial—if not total—authority over the entire house in terms of its design, décor and uses. — The combined inventory of available properties throughout Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties continued to decline in August; and is now approaching levels more consistent with the property boom of 2004-2006, when limited supplies in the face of very active demand drove prices up.
