Michael Saunders & Company is pleased to welcome Brad Mastro to the Palmer Ranch office.

Originally from Southfield, Michigan, Brad moved in his teens to Colorado, where he spent 33 years. As a frequent visitor to Florida’s Gulf Coast since his childhood, Brad developed an admiration for the area and always knew he would end up here. His presentiment was proven right when he relocated to Sarasota in 2010.

A real estate professional since 2000, Brad owned a real estate company in Colorado before finally deciding to move to Sarasota. To better serve his clients, he has earned his Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR) designations, and served on the board for the Glenwood Springs Association of Realtors.

Originally from the bustling city of Mumbai, India, Genevieve relocated to the Burnt Store Isles area of Punta Gorda in 1996, where she specializes in residential properties.

A real estate professional since 2008, Genevieve worked with Thomas Ryan Real Estate Management, Inc., and earned recognition as a multi-million dollar producer before joining Michael Saunders & Company in 2012.

An active part of her community, Genevieve is a member of the Business & Professional Women and serves as the membership director for the Burnt Store Isles Association. She also volunteers her time as a mentor with Take Stock in Children, a non-profit organization that provides unique opportunities for low-income and at-risk students.

Genevieve is fluent in Hindi and Marathi.

Originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Lynn Ludecke has also lived in Princeton, NJ; Eugene, OR; Gauldry, Scotland; Salzburg, Austria; and Freiburg, Germany, before relocating to Turtle Rock on Palmer Ranch, where she is known as the Palmer Ranch neighborhood specialist.

Licensed as a Realtor since 1985, Lynn has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business, including sales, marketing, education and management.
