Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Kevin and Sally have owned a residence in Florida for over 10 years before finally settling on Anna Maria Island—where they now specialize in residential properties.

Together, Kevin and Sally bring an extensive background in buying, selling and constructing residential and commercial properties. Having been licensed residential builders for over 20 years, the couple also founded and developed Contract Specialties, Inc., which furnished and installed building materials. This business achieved great success, as it grew to be one of the largest of its type in the Midwest. Sally also has a professional background in banking management, as well as mortgage lending.

Southwest Florida Residential Real Estate Market Trend Report – January 2012

January 2012 property sales throughout Southwest Florida showed a slight improvement over last January. Historically, January sales typically fall off after the end of each year. The major news was in pending sales, which jumped by 56.1% vs. December and were up by nearly 22.8% vs. last January.

Hannerle Moore of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller of a beachfront estate on Longboat Key.  The beach house sold for $2,675,000 on January 3, 2012.  Engel & Voelkers represented the buyer.
