2. Make an Entrance – Decorating your entryway for the holidays will cause your guests to glow with anticipation before entering the holiday wonderland that awaits inside. In addition to stringing sparkling holiday lights, a natural wreath will provide the sight and sent to set the mood. You can also add a whimsical touch to patio planters. Michael Saunders & Company Appoints Manager for its Punta Gorda and Burnt Store Offices

Longtime Real Estate Professional Brings an Extensive  Range of Real Estate and Management Experience In Communities from Naples to Longboat Key

SARASOTA, Florida—(November, 2010)—Michael Saunders & Company has named James Hammar, a longtime Gulf Coast real estate and development professional, to manage the firm’s two newest offices in Punta Gorda and Burnt Store, it was announced today from the company’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida.

Hammar, whose management-level experience includes overseeing property development, product marketing and sales coordination as president of his own real estate development firm—as well as conducting sales training and Realtor incentive programs—will assume his new responsibilities immediately.  These include managing the firm’s newly opened sales office in downtown Punta Gorda—at 101 Taylor Street—and a second one in Burnt Store, at 15500 Burnt Store Road.   He has been a licensed real estate broker and certified general contractor in the State of Florida for over 25 years.
